Throughout its history, Blowing Rock Country Club has offered exceptional fine dining opportunities, which have evolved and changed along with its membership over the years. Daily lunch and dinner options are held each week throughout the season in the Clubhouse, as well as daily evening dining in the popular Markers Restaurant and casual, restaurant style options at our on-site Lakehouse on Fridays and Saturdays.

Perhaps what sets club life at BRCC apart from other clubs in the region is the membership that feels more like family than friends and the annual social calendar, which is always packed with functions to bring everyone together. Casual get-togethers, family-oriented and kid-friendly holiday festivities, cocktail parties, themed events, black tie affairs and everything in between -- there's something fun for everyone in Blowing Rock.

BRCC's state-of-the-art Fitness Center first opened its doors to the membership in April of 2017, and it quickly became one of the most widely used and most popular amenities on campus. The Fitness Center offers weekly group exercise classes at a nominal fee and an impressive variety of strength and cardio equipment to meet the needs of every athlete at every ability level. Private services offered through the Fitness Center include massage therapy, personal training, private yoga and one-on-one or group training sessions designed specifically to improve your golf swing.

Four clay tennis courts overlooking the golf course are the perfect place to spend a beautiful day in the High Country! The club's recreation program offers weekly men's, ladies' and junior tennis clinics, as well as weekly doubles' matches and a variety of special events and tournament play throughout the season. Take advantage of one-on-one lessons with our Director of Recreation to make the most of the tennis experience at BRCC.

The club's croquet program continues to grow in popularity. Situated between the tennis courts and the golf course, our King and Queen grass courts play host to weekly clinics and activities, private lessons and annual tournament play. Croquet players here at the club look forward to the return of the recently established ladies' croquet days and Sunday afternoon golf croquet, which were a great addition to the recreation program in 2017.

Pick up a new hobby or enjoy your old favorites at BRCC! The Clubhouse hosts weekly ladies', men's and interclub games of bridge and other card games, which are easily among the best attended programs of the season. Club members also enjoy the speaker series, book club and group outings like monthly hikes, weekly walks around the nearby Bass Lake on the Blue Ridge Parkway and several seasonal trips to visit Barter Theatre in Abingdon, Virginia.
